So I have to be honest, I have been a bit mocking of all the TV overload about this wedding. Everything from Kate's dress to what shoes the horses will wear. But I do have to eat a little humble pie and take my hat off to William and Katherine for building a relationship before getting married, for making sure they knew what they were getting into before getting into it (although I don't think you ever fully know).
It is also nice to see that marriage between a man and a woman, under God, is still highly valued. I hope they continue on a positive path!

Hopefully their marriage will work better than Charles and Di. I didn't watch much of the pre-wedding stuff. And I didn't get up early to watch it this morning. But my daughter and I did watch the highlights off the internet.
It was so great I even got out my Princess Diana paper doll set!! Okay not really. I think it is great but hilarious that people were having wedding parties and on our news they even did a segment on how to make a royal wedding jell-o mold!!
so funny. i was the same way thinking all the hype and media was ridiculous. then, i found myself awake in a hospital room feeding a newborn baby at 4am on friday and i totally got sucked in. they do seem to have a really sweet relationship. :)
